Early in 2009 ENZAFOODS was approached by several major NZ wineries to concentrate White (Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) grape juice to 68Brix concentrate.
It is ENZAFOODS standard business practice to work very closely with all of its clientele; may it be from research and development to market due diligence. As a commencement project ENZAFOODS successfully processed over 200,000 litres and anticipate growth in future harvests.
