Freshfields have developed a range of exquisite fruit Syrups. Apple, Maple/Pear and Pear Syrup are all pure New Zealand fruit based syrups, ideal for use as an ingredient, as a base syrup then infused with flavours or essences or on its own as topping or drink additive.
