Fresh Fields Sieved Apple Sauce is a nutritious ingredient preferred in foods such as soups, sauces and dips or as an added fill or bulking agent. Sound mature apples are washed, milled and cooked.  The resultant pulp is passed through a finishing screen to produce a sieved apple encompassing the goodness of the whole fruit.

Fresh Fields Sieved Apple Sauce is packed in pouches to preserve the integrity of the apple while receiving the benefits of modern packaging over the old style can.
