Enzafoods currently processes over 90% of New Zealand Blackcurrants and have recently been awarded an export licence. We now welcome all enquires in regards to Blackurrant juice concentrate or Blackcurrant purees.
Applications:
Used in beverage, dairy as a flavour and colourant.
