Cloudy apple juice concentrate
ENZAFOODS Cloudy Apple Juice Concentrate is typically available in 40 Brix and 55 Brix form. Cloudy is a "fuller" flavoured juice with a more natural flavour.
All Cloudy Apple Juice Concentrate products are manufactured from sound, process grade apples, grown under strictly controlled conditions in New Zealand
Applications
• Fruit juice and other similar beverage manufacture.
• Alternative sweetener for a wide range of food goods.
• Used in baked goods, yoghurt, ice cream, candy, jam, jelly, smoothies and canned fruit.
• Fruit Juice Base can be used as a juice extender with low flavour and low colour impact
