MPI Food Safety Plan (HACCP) accredited

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programmes have been implemented throughout both Hastings and Nelson sites.

This structured and systematic approach is built around prevention and the elimination of risk that may or may not have the potential of impacting on the customer.

Potential risks have been identified and considered, and where possible eliminated. HACCP ensures the risks that cannot be eliminated are effectively controlled and managed at various Critical Control Points.

Effective HACCP analysis is very much a team approach at ENZAFOODS New Zealand, with staff from all areas of the operation involved.
